Gogglebox's Amy Tapper confessed she cheated on her diet to treat herself to a burger but it was all "worth it."
Amy starred on Channel 4's Gogglebox with her family in their North London house between 2013 and 2018.
The 21-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share with fans what she was doing on a sunny Friday afternoon.
The star and her friends headed to the popular egg joint, eggslut, in Portobello Road Market in London for a tasty treat.
Reposting her pals snap, the star is seen standing in a circle with her friends as they all posed with their scrambled egg buns held next to each other.
“Worth the treat,” the TV personality added to the post.
The popular restaurant incorporates different forms of eggs into comfort foods.
She recently opened up about how she went about losing weight and it includes dance workouts and living a healthy lifestyle.
She said: “I have been doing quite a lot of dance workouts at home, every day. They’re 25 minutes long on YouTube.
“It is exercising to a beat and gets you going."
Amy opened up about the abuse she received during her time on the Channel 4 series.
Speaking about her time on the show, she said to The Sun : “People genuinely thought I sat there watching TV all day — as if that was my life, as if I didn’t ever go to school.
“They thought that all I ever did was sit on the couch eating chocolate and sweets, or that I was just oblivious to the fact I was big and overweight.
“When I was 13, I would spend hours lying in bed scrolling through the negative comments.
"I would look at every single one of them, seeing what people would compare me to and never looked at the positive ones.”
