Gogglebox family the Malones have been praised by fans for delivering a heartfelt message about cancer.
The family are currently on a break from filming the popular Channel 4 show - which is scheduled to return to our screens later this year. Although, they haven’t been taking it easy during their time off.
This month, as our Liverpool Echo colleagues have reported, the family are taking part in an abseil to raise funds for those battling lung cancer.

Speaking in a video posted on Instagram by Julie Malone, she said: "Try and guess what I've got him doing... What have I got you doing Tom?" This then resulted in Tom Malone explaining he will take part in an abseil later this month, in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
He said: "It's a bit high but sometimes we need a bit of help with heights don't we? I'm only a short a**e." Julie added: "You are", before asking fans to please donate - if they are able to.
Lots of Gogglebox fans posted messages of support praising the efforts of Tom and his family. Jackie07644 said: “You guys are awesome. Tom, what a kind and awesome thing to do.”
Carly1988xo added: “Amazing! good luck Tom.” Bluebell40 wrote: “Well done, such a lovely couple.” If you’d like to find out more or donate you can visit the JustGiving page set up for the charity challenge.
