Gogglebox fans gush over Tom Malone as he posts picture as 'new James Bond'

Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr has put himself forward to be the new James Bond as current 007 against Daniel Craig's time comes to an end.

Talks of the new Bond began after the new release of the 25th film in the James Bond Franchise ‘No Time To Die.’

North Yorkshire star James Norton was named one of the favourites to take over the role according to bookies.

But it looks like 26-year-old Tom is up for taking on the role after recently leaving Gogglebox to work on different projects.

The star took to Instagram posting snaps for his 312k followers suited and booted in an all black suit.

In the first picture he is standing agent a white wall looking smart as you can see the full suit while holding a drink.

While in the second photo he is sat in a private area at posh Cheshire nightclub, Recardos pouring himself a glass of what looks like champagne.

With the suit and elegant dining he really is channelling his inner bond.

The TV star captioned the post: “I hear you are looking for a new bond,” and added a side eye emoji.

The snaps got a lot of attention receiving 10,716 likes and many comments from fans and celebrity friends.

One fan commented: “You would be my James Bond any day.” Another wrote: “Yes Thomas looking great mate.”

A third said: “Oh my gosh! You look sooo good, getting better and better each time.”

BBC presenter, Bobby Seagull commented: “Step aside pretenders. Tom Malone Jr is here.”

One fan joked with the star claiming his dad would be much more suited for the role commenting: “Think ya dad would play the part better say it how it is and your mum can keep him in his place. Love all of you.”
