Gogglebox fans have voiced their upset on social media as Channel 4 made a "last time" announcement as this series drew to a close.
The popular programme is loved by millions and has been on our screens for an entire decade now. An interesting but simple premise, the series introduced viewers to a range of friends and families who offer their opinions on the week's TV.
The latest series drew to a close on Friday evening (June 2), with many of its stars taking to social media to say goodbye to fans and to thank them for watching.

And ahead of Friday's final episode airing, Channel 4 made an announcement on Twitter. The tweet said: "Settle down with us for the last time this series! #GOGGLEBOX TONIGHT 9PM @Channel4 #GoggleboxReady #FridayNight"
Fans' responses showed they were clearly disappointed. Lynn said: "Last time, will miss you. Have a fab summer x", while Becky said: "Last in the series, already?!"
@tinymama13 said: "Well that sure put a damper on my Friday reading this is the last one. I shall be watching reruns till you are all back. Have a brilliant summer stay safe and have tons of fun. X" and Susan said: "Noooo! I hate it when the series ends!" Maria said: "That's my Friday night uined".
Gogglebox is taking a break for the summer and tonight's episode (June 2) will be the last one shown until September, though Celebrity Gogglebox is expected to take its place as in previous years.
