Robert Rinder has firmly cemented himself as a fan-favourite on Good Morning Britain. The barrister and TV star - known to many as Judge Rinder - stepped in to host the morning news programme alongside Charlotte Hawkins and Ranvir Singh.
He returned to the show on Monday (August 15) after presenting the show earlier this year with host and friend Susanna Reid. Fans were impressed with his impact as he refused to hold back during interviews with government ministers and MPs.
This morning, Rinder further impressed viewers when he called out CEO pay bonuses. He questioned why company CEOs and bankers are given a 39% pay rise during a pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, while nurses have only seen an increase of 5%.

Rinder was also seen calling out Boris Johnson, who he said was "giving us his undivided indifference", water bosses for the amount of sewerage being disposed of in sea waters and questioning why it's so difficult for patients to see a GP. "It doesn't matter what your political complexion is, what the Great British public care about is fairness," he urged.
"We need a political party that's got some vision about how to rethink the system, which is fairer and delivers services for everybody in a good way. It's not straightforward, but it can't just be two or three parties saying the same thing."
Viewers were impressed with the star, who is a practising criminal barrister. He first emerged on our TV screens as the face of Judge Rinder, a reality small claims court show, which began in 2014.
Penny, @Surfingspaniel, said: "I only watch #gmb when Rob Rinder is on, please make him a permanent presenter". While @Ed_Stables said: "Rob Rinder is a breath of fresh air".
Many called for the star to continue presenting. @SandraM25597836 added, "Keep Rob Rinder on GMB. He knows his stuff".
Simon, @g_gosden, praised the barrister, saying: "Rob Rinder doesn’t hold back!" while @TNTAndrew1 agreed, "Such passion and he’s spot on".
However, not everyone was too pleased with the presenter as he grilled GP Dr Amir Khan over waiting times, availability of GP appointments and 111 hold times. Rinder finished the segment by asking Dr Khan if GPs were doing enough to help amid the crisis.
"There's a lot of complaint and disquiet, that's a posh way of saying that they're very very angry, that a lot of GPs aren't opening on the weekends. They're refusing to work the houses required to deal with the massive backlog."
Dr Khan fired back, asking people to put their blame in the system, not the GPs who are working tirelessly to train new doctors and nurses while providing care.
Some fans took to Twitter to share their shock and disappointment in Rob. One penned: "Disappointed with Rob Rinder for blaming GPs for not working hard enough and refusing to put in the hours."
Another, in a tweet directed towards Dr Khan, said: "I think Rob Rinder was bang out of order with you just now on #gmb. GPs do a great job under huge pressure. Thank you."
