GMB presenter Ranvir Singh had a brilliant deadpan response to co-host Richard Madeley who commented on the amount of work she was doing on this morning's show. It's a big show show for Good Morning Britain as presenter Susanna Reid is in 10, Downing Street for a live interview with Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Reid's abscence from the studio has seen Ranvir step into co-presenting with Madeley, who turned to his co-host and said: "God, you're earning your pennies this morning. You're reading the news, co-hosting the show."
Ranvir, looking a bit stunned, said: "Well, I'm not breaking a sweat, let's be honest. It's not real work is it, I'm not putting a real shift in. Others are though."
Entertainment editor Richard Arnold jokingly interrupted to say there wasn't a bead of sweat on Ranvih and said that he would be "phoning in" his appearance as usual.
