Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh has compared her time on Strictly Come Dancing to "childbirth".
The presenter reminisced as she told co-host Robert Rinder about her favourite memories from the show, and how at times - it was a little painful.
After she was asked by Robert what she misses from the programme, the 45-year-old said that she still thinks about her outfit that she wore for her Dream Girls performance.
"You know occasionally, I think about my Dream Girls outfit, you know the wig. The short wig," she said.
"Because the further away I get from the experience, the more I appreciate it, if that makes sense."
Mum-of-one Ranvir added: "It's a bit like childbirth, the pain lessens, so you can appreciate the thing that came out of it."
Robert, who also danced his socks off on Strictly in 2016, looked a little confused at Ranvir's statement.
Meterologist Laura Tobin joined in the conversation, adding that she still has a vision of Ranvir "rocking" the Dream Girls outfit in her mind.
During her time on the show, Ranvir was partnered up with Giovanni Pernice.
The couple battled their way to the semi-finals and landed fifth place on the popular BBC show.
As well as strutting her stuff on the dance floor, she found love with Louis, a producer on the show.
Ranvir and Louis have been dating for a few months and are totally in love.
"She has met his family and went to his aunt’s wedding with him last week. And it’s obvious Louis has taken a real shine to Tushaan," a source told The Sun.
"They both are clearly madly in love and were holding hands nearly all day. They have incredible chemistry."
Ranvir recently shared the new presenter shake-up on the show after Paul Brand made his debut.
Although, on Friday she revealed that her new colleague was actually going to be leaving after just two days.
She told viewers that the ITV News Editor, who first replaced Richard Madeley on the show, would be stepping down from the gig.
Ranvir joked: "It's your second and last day today isn't it?"

She then added how he "only wanted two early starts in his contract."
Paul made a huge impression with viewers at home, with one adding: "Having Paul Brand on #GMB after 3 days of the Judge Rinder show, is just awesome. More of this please!"
Another wrote: "I like Paul Brand presenting as he doesn’t make the show about himself. It’s not all about a big personality presenting, it’s about asking the questions that matter #gmb."
