In a display of leadership, general manager Andrew Berry made a point to look every player and coach in the eye after the Cleveland Browns saw their season come to an end against the Houston Texans.
In a video captured by Cleveland News 19’s Ashly Holder, Berry stood at the door of the locker room and did not let a single member of the team pass through without addressing them on their 2023 season. It did not end as the Browns had hoped after a disappointing showing in the Wild Card round, but foundational blocks continue to be built by Berry and his staff.
The Browns, at the direction of Berry, did not let the injuries that piled up derail their season. The Browns have the right regime in place, and Berry’s leadership is at the forefront of why this team will be around for years to come.
And that’s why Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski will see new contracts come across their desk this offseason.
