A Gloucestershire IT firm has secured a deal which will expand the market for its HR software into new global territories.
Cheltenham-based CloudTamers has announced a new partnership with RSM Australia, an audit, tax and consulting services provider, to bring its products into the Asia Pacific region.
RSM, which employs around 1,600 staff across more than 30 offices in Australia, is one of the world’s largest support consultancies for businesses which use cloud-based administration software from NetSuite, a subsidiary of tech giant Oracle.

CloudTamers, run by a husband-and-wife team Rebecca and Nick Eden, said it was looking to capitalise on RSM Australia’s local knowledge and expertise, and leverage the partnership to further develop and localise its software for the Australian market.
Mr Eden, the firm’s chief executive, said: “When looking to expand our global reach, our first thoughts were to create a reseller partnership agreement, similar to that which both RSM Australia and CloudTamers have signed up to with NetSuite. It is a well thought through and well-practised type of partnership which allows both parties to thrive.
“RSM is the best partner we could have hoped for, not only because of its global reach, but because of its understanding of the many local markets wherein they operate. We will be able to tap into the local knowledge and experience of RSM which will help us improve our offering as we expand into the ANZ region.”
Brynt Moggach, NetSuite director from RSM Australia, added: “There isn’t a more comprehensive, native to NetSuite offering for human resources in the Oracle NetSuite marketplace, despite there often being a need from our clients. This is the most robust HR for NetSuite offering we have come across and we immediately understood the value this would add to our clients’ deployments.”
CloudTamers was established more than 30 years ago, initially offering Sage consulting and customisation, before joining the NetSuite reseller partnership in 2008.
It created new embedded HR software for NetSuite which it began selling in 2011. Since then, the company said its ‘SuiteApps’ have been sold in five continents with customers in more than 25 countries.
