Eddie Howe has rung the changes for Newcastle United's Carabao Cup clash with Crystal Palace this evening. Nick Pope, Dan Burn and Sean Longstaff are the three survivors from the weekend win over Southampton.
Allan Saint-Maximin, Jonjo Shelvey and Matt Targett are all back in the fold with Elliot Anderson being given a chance to impress against the Eagles. Patrick Vieira's side have also made a number of changes, with Wilfried Zaha not included in the matchday squad.
Newcastle supporters believe the starting XI named by Howe should have enough to beat the visitors at St. James' Park this evening. A win would see the Magpies secure a place in the Carabao Cup Fourth Round.

Here's what Newcastle United supporters had to say on social media:
@GallowgatePete said: "Lots of players there with something to prove and really strong bench just in case."
@LiamK1998_ tweeted: "Not going to lie I expected Karius to start but rest of the line-up doesn’t surprise me."
@Dan27638 said: "I love you so much Anderson get a goal Howay lad."
@S0uthernGe0rdie said: "Should absolutely be enough to beat what they have put out, worst case scenario a strong bench to change the game!"
@Adilangley tweeted: "Only thing that concerns me a little is from looking at this 20 man squad, I only see 1 striker. I know Isak is injured and Wilson needs the rest but if wood gets injured, we're very short up top. So glad Bruno and Almiron are chipping in with goals this season too."
@thawks1980 said: "That bench strength is glorious. So nice to have serious options coming off the bench if needed."
