Highly-rated Portadown defender Harry Murphy, who made his league debut for the Shamrock Park club last season, also joined the Big Two giants on Thursday.
Argyrides, who competed for Larne's No1 shirt with Rohan Ferguson and Conor Devlin last season, left the East Antrim club in May.
The 23-year-old, who joined Larne from Dundela last summer, made five appearances for Tiernan Lynch’s men across the 2021/22 campaign.
He previously played for Vaughan Azzurri, who are based in Ontario, Canada, and came to the UK through goalkeeping coach and former Irish League keeper Michael Dougherty.
Meanwhile, Cliftonville have confirmed the signing of teenage goalkeeper Fynn Talley on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion.
