Glen Powell's Transformation For New Hulu Comedy Series Goes Viral

Glen Powell looks hot

Glen Powell, 35, has been making headlines for his new look while filming his upcoming Hulu comedy series in Atlanta. The actor was spotted on set sporting longer blonde hair, a prominent mustache, and what appeared to be a prosthetic nose, causing a stir on the internet.

Photos of Powell in character as Chad Powers quickly went viral, with internet users expressing mixed reactions to his transformation. Some comments ranged from questioning the decision to alter his appearance to humorous comparisons with other celebrities.

The show, titled Chad Powers, is based on an ESPN+ skit featuring Eli Manning as the fictional character. In the skit, Manning underwent a similar transformation with prosthetics and a blonde wig to portray Chad Powers, a walk-on trying out for a college football team.

The upcoming series follows the story of Russ Holliday, a talented quarterback whose college career is derailed by bad behavior. Holliday disguises himself as Chad Powers and joins a struggling Southern football team, played by Powell.

Aside from Powell, the cast of Chad Powers includes Perry Mattfeld, Frankie A. Rodriguez, Steve Zahn, Quentin Plair, and Wynn Everett. Powell is also credited as an executive producer and cocreator of the project alongside Michael Waldron.

In a statement released to Deadline, Powell and Waldron expressed their excitement for the series, citing their shared passion for college football as the inspiration behind the show. They were particularly drawn to the character of Chad Powers after seeing Manning's portrayal in the original skit.

Chad Powers promises to deliver a mix of comedy and sports drama as it explores the world of college football through the lens of its quirky protagonist. Fans can expect a fast-paced and entertaining storyline as Chad Powers navigates the challenges of his new identity on and off the field.
