The news comes as the hit television show, with Kirstie and Phil as hosts, is set to return for series 39 tonight, Wednesday May 3rd at 8pm.
Taking to Twitter, the official Twitter account announced: "Kirstie and Phil are back! If you're in Northern Ireland or Scotland and need the help of the Location Location Location team to find your perfect pad, click on the link to apply."
