Glaswegians urged to apply for new Kirstie and Phil property show 'Love It or List It'

Glaswegians are needed for a new television series focusing on their home that they may not love, posing the question Love it or List it?

In the series, property experts Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp go head to head as they battle it out to convince homeowners to either sell their home or refurbish it.

The popular television already has eight series out which are available to watch on Channel 4. But as we wait for more episodes, people are being urged to apply, with Glaswegians included.

Taking to Instagram, a casting call was posted online. It reads: "New series of Love It or List It is casting NOW! No matter your budget, Kirstie and Phil are on hand to help you decide whether to Love It or List It. Apply today"

Many of the past episodes focus on England, with Edinburgh appearing during season six. The Scottish Borders also have a dedicated episode in series two.

How to apply to Channel 4's Love It or List It

Do you and your partner have a love/hate relationship with your house? Do they love it but the lack of space drives you up the wall? Do they love the location but you're desperate for an upgrade? Or have you both simply run out of options and ideas?

To apply, you must:

  • Be a home owner
  • Have enough finance in place to fund the renovations of your property and any costs involved in selling your house, should you choose to list it

According to Channel 4, "in exchange Kirstie and Phil will provide you with all their expertise in the world of renovation and property searching."

To apply, simply e-mail lioli@raisetheroofproductions.com

Any successful applicants will be contacted by a member for the Love It or List It team.

You can watch the previous episodes of Love It or List It on the Channel 4 player.
