American singer Lana Del Rey has broken her silence after a 'row' erupted over Glastonbury Festival's line-up poster. The songwriter seemed to threaten to pull out of her headlining gig on the Other Stage following organisers not putting her name high up on the listings.
When the official Glastonbury account posted the original poster on Instagram, Del Ray sarcastically commented below from her private Instagram: "Thanks for announcing that I was headlining the other stage. Thumbs up." The comment appears to have now been deleted.
Her name was below more than 20 other acts, but organisers have now released a new poster with her name higher up.

The Video Games singer has broken her silence on what happened. As reported in Somerset Live, when asked about whether she is still set to play at Glastonbury, she said: "I am, I am, I am, I am. I've been excited to tell people, so I wanted to tell people because, as we started to announce some festivals, it's unfathomable to me to headline the second stage of Glastonbury.
"They had asked me to play Glastonbury the last three years but we just weren't ready. I didn't want to say yes before we had a big band."
This won't be her first time at Worthy Farm, the 37-year-old played on the Pyramid Stage in 2014. "We did do it before, like eons ago," she said. "But honestly it feels like yesterday.
"I remember being on that stage vividly because I had never been on a stage where they set the crowd back about a thousand feet, so every time I tried to come forward past the monitors to get closer to everybody the feedback would ring through the crowd. I thought, 'Oh wow, I'm really stuck on this stage - I can't go down like I usually do and sing with everybody'."
