The weather in Glasgow has been quite warm recently, with temperatures reaching highs of 20C.
And, as the weather gets warmer, so do the nights, with many people struggling to get some much-needed shuteye.
But it's not just sleeping that's been affected, with many people now seeing their hay fever becoming more bothersome as the month goes on.

It comes as the Met Office has issued a weather warning for parts of England. Forecasters have said the amber warning "highlights likely adverse health effects for the public, not just limited to those most vulnerable to extreme heat. Temperatures could be in excess of 35°C in the southeast, and more widely around 32°C within the warning area. These high temperatures could extend further into next week and an extension of the warning will be considered in the coming days."
However, whilst a warning is set for south of the border, the same won't be happening in Scotland. And according to forecasters, the pollen levels in the city are set to remain in the Met Office's red 'very high' category.
But, with soaring temperatures, hay fever sufferers are now praising allergy tablets. And they are pretty affordable, costing just a pound - and in some cases less.
Taking to Facebook's Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, one user shared with the group's two million members what they had come across. Taking to the caption, they wrote: "Anti histamines....been getting the pack of 14 for about 79p but was sure they were 30 tabs last year.....just found the 30 tab pack in Poundland."
Replying to the post, many were quick to rush to the shops to get their own. One said: "Hubby's been using these from Poundland."
Another added: "These are great. I buy them all the time as my other half suffers with hives he takes 1 everyday and at that price you don't mind. B&M sell them for a pound a packet."
"I got a 30 pack from Home Bargains 89p," wrote a third.
