It is beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, with temperatures falling across the west coast. And it is set to get even colder in the coming days, with temperatures in Glasgow plummeting to zero degrees next week. So you best look your woolies out!
According to BBC Weather, Wednesday temperatures will hit freezing by Wednesday (December 7), with the chilly conditions continuing throughout the week. Highs of just four degrees are forecast in the latter stages of the week.
It comes as odds on a white Christmas this year were slashed, with Glasgow amongst the cities most likely to see a flurry of the white stuff on the big day next month.

Bookmakers Coral has cut their odds from 6-4 to 4-5 for a white Christmas across the country, with Glasgow the favourite according to experts at OLBG.
The Met Office are also predicting snow throughout December, with their long range forecast for Glasgow stating that the chance of "below-normal temperatures and spells of wintry precipitation, is slightly higher than usual".
“Those dreaming of a White Christmas may just get their wish this year. With temperatures falling fast, we have slashed the odds on snow coming down on the big day next month," said Coral's John Hill.
"In what is likely to be a chilly month, we are not ruling this December being the coldest since records began," added Hill.
