Glasgow Subway has suspended all travel due to a "passenger incident" shortly after a Scottish Cup quarter final match at Ibrox this afternoon.
Passengers travelling through the city following Rangers 3-0 defeat over Raith Rovers this afternoon are now facing travel chaos after both Inner and Outer circle services were suspended.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known but police have been made aware.
Glasgow Subway posted on Twitter shortly after 4pm confirming the travel disruption and apologising for the inconvenience.
An update will be posted on social media when services resume.
In a statement on Twitter, GLA Subway Travel wrote: "Apologies all, Subway is currently suspended on both circles due to a passenger incident.
"Police have been notified. Will update when services resume. Apologies for the inconvenience."
