A Glasgow street has been locked down following reports of a serious incident this evening.
Police raced to Balmore Road in the Parkhouse area of the city after the alarm was raised shortly before 7pm on Sunday, February 12. Cops quickly taped off the area after arriving at the scene.
One picture showed several officers in attendance with ambulance crews also at the scene. It's understood the incident involved a motorbike crash and the road remains closed.
Unconfirmed reports say an elderly man may have been knocked down. The condition of anyone involved in the incident in so far unknown.
A source told the Record: "It's two motorbikes that crashed into an old man walking on Balmore Road."
Police Scotland were asked for comment.
