Glasgow property prices are on the rise and competition for buyers is hot.
Flats in the south side of the city are experiencing a boom, with demand rising which has in turn pushed property prices up.
Many properties in the Shawlands on offer are only a pipe dream to some now as rates rise.

According to Zoopla, the average sold price in the last 12 months comes in at £203,305 while the detached properties are being sold for an average of £395,651.
But despite high prices, it isn't stopping people from looking and buying and according to the latest data, two and three bed properties are the most searched for in Glasgow.

Two bed bungalow in Cambuslang
Coming out on top is a cosy two bed bungalow in Cambuslang.
For the first time in 36 years, this charming property is on the market for offers over £265,000.
