Glasgow's M74 closed due to emergency incident

Glasgow

PART of Glasgow's M74 has been closed due to an ongoing emergency incident.

Lane one of the motorway's northbound carriageway at Junction 3 (Carmyle Avenue Interchange) is currently shut following a collision.

Due to the crash, Traffic Scotland has said traffic in the area is beginning to "tailback" heading towards Glasgow.

It is unknown if anyone has been injured during the incident.
