A vibrant restaurant and bar known for its Mexican twist on a Sunday roast is bringing its colourful food and drink offering to the southside.
El Jefe, which also has a popular spot in Finnieston, is already offering takeaway and deliveries to the residents of Giffnock after the team moved into the former BRGR unit on Fenwick Road.
Though the restaurant itself isn't yet ready, locals can have a sneak peek at what they can expect when the new Tequila Taqueria does finally open for sit-ins.
The new opening will follow their current restaurant on Argyle Street, where they moved to from Great Western Road earlier this year.

Southsiders will be delighted to get the chance to tuck into their now legendary Mexican Sunday Roasts, when they do open fully, which feature cuts of meat including lamb, Mexican chicken and Chateaubriand paired alongside a mouth-watering range of sides including cheesy cream corn, queso Chipotle cauliflower, homemade nachos and of course, huge Yorkshire puddings - which the team recommends using to make tacos with.
They'll also be able to enjoy the likes of tacos, quesadillas, nachos and churros, as well an extensive collection of margaritas and tequila shots and chasers.
