Janey Godley has revealed her latest cancer scans have come back 'clear' as she thanked the NHS and Beatson Charity for all their hard work.
The Glasgow comedian took to social media to tell her followers the good news, as she toasted with a glass of champagne.
Despite admitting she will "never be cured" she said she will continue with treatment as she celebrated the good news.

Taking to Twitter she posted a picture of herself with a big smile captioning the post: "My cancer scan came back clear. My breast screening came back clear. I will never be cured of ovarian cancer but I will continue to be treated for it thanks Scottish NHS and @Beatson_Charity
"I am now off to get a glass of champagne @GrouchoClubSoho"
In response one said: "Wonderful!!!!!!! From a fellow survivor!!!!!"
Another added: "Janey, I love this news! Our world is so much brighter every day you are in it. Hope you’re having the best evening xx"

Meanwhile Lorraine Kelly quote tweeted the news adding: Great news @JaneyGodley - enjoy that bubbly" followed by a series of love heart emojis.
Nigella Lawson also replied saying: "This is the best news!"
