Europe’s largest indoor funfair, the Irn-Bru Carnival, is returning to Glasgow this December and to celebrate, it's offering five super fans the chance to gain unlimited access.
Running between Friday, December 23 and Sunday, January 15, the carnival, which is one of Scotland’s longest-running shows, has been part of Glasgow's festive programme for over a century, with generations of Glaswegians enjoying the classic stalls like hook-a-duck and the dodgems alongside the latest thrill rides.
Tickets are available from £17.50 with discounts available for groups, concessions and Young Scot card holders, and kids under three going free, you can find out more from the Irn-Bru Carnival website.

This year, the organisers are looking for five new fans to join their ambassador programme, now in its third year, which sees the five lucky people gain unlimited access to the event.
Ambassadors, who will be welcome to attend as many times as they like and enjoy all the rides they want, are encouraged to capture images, videos, and stories of their visits to share on the Carnival’s social media alongside their own personal channels.
As well as the new ambassadors, those appointed at last year’s IRN-BRU Carnival – who missed out on their unlimited fun due to Covid – will be re-invited to take up their positions and enjoy the same benefits as this year’s new set of super fans.
To apply, applicants (who must be 5 or over) should submit a short video of no more than 20 seconds, telling the Carnival team why they or the person they are nominating should become an ambassador.
Entries should be sent to carnival@framecreates.co.uk or uploaded to Instagram tagging @irnbrucarnival and using #carnivalambassador before December 3.
