Primary schools across Glasgow remain closed today as teachers take part in industrial action following a dispute over their pay.
School staff are taking part in national strike action as teachers fight for better pay.
It means primary and ASL primary school students will remain at home today as schools struggle to function with fewer members of staff.

The action was spearheaded by members of the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS) last November and continues as unions reject a five per cent increase and ask for a 10 per cent pay rise instead.
Tinto Primary School, on Nether Auldhouse Rd, are one of the many Glasgow schools closed today as teachers stand on the picket line from 8am.
In a letter sent to parents last week, Glasgow City Council's Executive Director of Education, Douglas Hutchison said: "Unfortunately, there has been no change to the planned strikes and because we have no certainty on how many teachers will report for work, we have been left with no option but to close schools
"I apologise once again for a situation that is beyond the council’s control, since pay negotiations take place at a national level."
