A Glasgow man has been rushed to hospital following a serious assault.
The incident took place on Monday, August 5, at around 9.10pm on Crookston Road, and saw a 50-year-old man rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after being seriously assaulted. His current condition is unknown.
Eyewitnesses said there was a large police and ambulance presence at the scene and that police had taped off the car park near to the local Scotmid shop.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said : “Officers received a report that a 50-year-old man was seriously assaulted in Crookston Road in Glasgow at around 9.10pm on Monday, 5 September, 2022.
"Emergency services attended and he was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. Enquiries are ongoing.”
