A woman has been rushed to hospital following a one-vehicle crash on the M77 early this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at the Junction 1 northbound exit ramp for Dumbreck at around 4.35am this morning, leading to a barrage of delays for rush hour commuters, reports the Daily Record.
The condition of the woman taken to hospital remains unknown at this time.

The exit ramp was quickly closed off by officers, which caused a number of delays for rush hour commuters. Traffic Scotland confirmed that the road had reopened just before 8am, with traffic still heavy on approach.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to reports of a one vehicle crash on the M77 Junction 1 northbound at around 4.25am on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
“Emergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital.”
