It's sunny across Glasgow and the surrounding area today (April 14) with plenty of things to do around the city to make the most of the warm weather.
However, whilst it's not raining, it won't stop us from wanting to jump on a plane - and if you need a sign, this could be it with some flights set to go on sale next week.
Icelandic airline PLAY is offering 25 per cent off airfare on return flights from Glasgow International to several popular holiday destinations.

These include:
- Keflavik
- Baltimore/Washington
- Boston Logan
- New York Stewart
- Washington Dulles
- John C Munro Hamilton International in Toronto
The deal is available next week between April 18 to April 21 for passengers flying between May and June or September to October of this year.
PLAY’s first ever Scottish route will depart Glasgow International on May 26 with travellers being able to fly direct to Keflavik to explore Iceland’s lagoons and glaciers.
But, if you want to jet across the pond you can alternatively connect from Keflavik and fly on to PLAY’s four US destinations (New York Stewart, Boston, Baltimore/Washington, Washington Dulles) and to Toronto, Canada from June 22, 2023.
You can visit the PLAY website here.
