Tributes for a grandad-of-seven, who had a 'heart of gold', have flooded in after his sudden death last week. James 'Jim' Cowan died after suffering a heart attack on Friday June 16.
We previously told how the 57-year-old was on shift at Abbey Coaches, in Glasgow, when he became unwell and returned to his East Kilbride home. Paramedics are understood to have been called but the dad-of-five sadly died, with his wife Sharon, 54, by his side.
His heartbroken daughter Hayley, 26, previously told Glasgow Live her "whole world came crumbling down" when she learnt of her dads death.
Now, the community has paid heartfelt tributes to Jim.

Nicola McFarlane said: "Rest in peace Jim, thinking of all the family at this time. I served him and his family when I used to work in Iceland. He had a heart of gold and his banter was class."
Laura Welsh added: "He was a gent, love to Sharon and all the family."
Elizabeth Healey wrote: "Any time you saw him on the road He always waved."
Alana Harte said: "RIP Jim, you will be sorely missed."
Jim's son Jamie commented "I'll do you proud dad."
Kellyann Sweaton replied: "Thinking of you all pal at this sad time. It's hitting everyone hard, he was a legend of man."
The family have been taken aback by the love and support shown in the aftermath of Jim's death.
Hayley said: "So thankful for everyone’s generosity and kind comments, my dad was truly one of a kind."
Jim's eldest son, Chris Farnon, 35, lives in Sydney, Australia. The family have now launched a GoFundMe page to help pay for a flight home after his dad's sudden death so he can be with his loved ones.
