A Glasgow restaurant has won an award with the popular eatery thanking their customers for their kindness and loyalty.
Taking to Instagram, the family run business announced the well-deserved news having won an award for 'Spanish Restaurant of the Year' at the Scottish Restaurant Awards 2023.
Taking to the social media platform the owners said they are "delighted to scoop the award" as they thanked their staff and customers for choosing them and allowing them to keep making their delicious food.

They said: "We would like to thank our amazing staff team for all their efforts over the years. In a turbulent period for the hospitality industry we are really proud of how far we’ve come as a family business and all our staff are certainly a huge part of that!
"Most importantly a huge thanks goes to you, our loyal customers, who continue to show your support by keeping us so busy! We couldn’t done it without you.
"It’s been our pleasure to serve you in Pollokshields and Clarkston."

The eatery already has two popular restaurants in Pollokshields and Clarkston with a third on coming soon. Although at present, the third location is unknown.
Taking to the comments to congratulate them on their success, one said: "Fantastic achievement and well deserved. Success is no accident!"
Another added: "Congratulations to all involved at Malaga Tapas for this accolade."
