Glasgow weather, Saturday May 6 - Coronation

On the first day of the weekend, and the Coronation itself, it won't be the best weather.

According to BBC Weather, lightning is expected to hit the city from 11am until 3pm with "thundery showers" happening across other parts of the UK too.

Throughout much of the day, there will be a mixture of rain and clouds making for a rather chilly start to the weekend.
