A city centre lane has been taped off by police following reports of the sexual assault of a young woman.
Police were called to reports of a 30-year-old woman having been seriously sexually assaulted on Renfield Lane around 7.55am on Sunday morning.
Police cordoned off the lane to carry out enquiries and remained on the scene into Sunday evening.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.55am on Sunday, October 2, police received a report of a serious sexual assault on a 30-year-old woman in Renfield Lane, Glasgow.
"Enquiries are at an early stage into this incident.”
