Calling all Glasgow chefs - now is your chance to show off your skills to millions of people with MasterChef: The Professionals open for applications for its sixteenth series.
Taking to Instagram, Chef Marcus Wareing, one of the shows judges, said applications were still open, encouraging people to apply.
On their official website the BBC cooking show says: "If you live and breathe food and think you have what it takes to become the next MasterChef: The Professionals Champion, then apply to be a contestant."

MasterChef: The Professionals - eligibility
You are only able to apply if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be 20-years-old or over as of April 25 2023
- You must have the legal right to live and work in the UK - including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
- You must have worked at least two years as a chef in a professional kitchen and/or have the following minumum qualifications: NVQ LEVEL 3 706/1 AND 706/2 OR EQUIVALENT (Iin Northern Ireland you must have NTCB Certificate in professional cookery
- You must confirm that neither yourself or a member of your household or immediate family currently work for Shive TV or the BBC
- You must be able to film, primarily in London, for up to 25 days between April and July 2023
They add: "Unfortunately, if you have appeared in a series of MasterChef: The Professionals, you are unable to apply for any future series of MasterChef: The Professionals."
It comes as Chef Marcus said he was happy to return to the show alongside his "old dancer partner" Monica Galetti after she announced her return on Instagram.
She said: "A year ago I made the tough call to take a break from Masterchef The Professionals. I’m so grateful for everyone’s support that allowed me time out to get back on top of managing business and family commitments.
"I'm delighted to say that I am able to come back to MasterChef: The Professionals this year and I'm super thrilled to see what new talent is out there & to be back with my buddies @greggawallace and @marcuswareing - link to enter is on the @masterchefuk profile - see you there!"
