A Glasgow care worker has been given a warning after it was revealed that they had faked their work references.
Olutoye Adedeji will have a warning on his registration for the next 12 months after writing his own references for a potential employer.
The carer was found to have faked the documents on two occasions.

The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) discovered that Adedeji provided a reference reportedly from La Gente Medical Trust on or around January 28 to The Action Group.
They also found that the carer provided a second forged reference from Biovantage Home on or around February 16 and 17.
The SSSC stated: "Social service workers must be honest and trustworthy and must not put themselves or others at unnecessary risk of harm.
"In the course of your recruitment to the post of support worker you provided two false references to your employer. Your behaviour led your employer to believe you were more experienced than you were, and you therefore may have been trusted to carry out work that you were not sufficiently experienced to do.
"This placed users of services at risk of physical and emotional harm. Your behaviour is dishonest and breaches the trust that is placed in you by your employer, users of services and the general public.
"Social service workers must not behave in a way which would bring their suitability to work in social services into question.
"You offered to provide false references to two individuals who were also applying for employment at your place of work. Your behaviour had the potential to place users of services at risk of harm as your actions may have deceived your employers into thinking that the individuals in question had references and therefore experience which they did not have.
"Your actions call into question your suitability to work in the social services profession."
Despite the deception the SSSC deemed that Adedeji's actions were 'an isolated incident rather than a pattern of behaviour.'
While stating there was a "real potential for harm", the carer was handed a warning for 12 months as the panel found he had shown "considerable insight, regret and remorse" for his actions working in his favour.
