A plane making its way from Palma de Mallorca in Spain to Glasgow has landed in Machester after issuing an emergency code.
Jet2 flight EXS3TH issued emergency code 7700 after making its way past Manchester and looped back over Huddersfield to land at the airport.
The signal indicates that there is a general emergency onboard, it has been confirmed that a passenger onboard needed medical assistance.

It is unclear when the flight will take off and complete its journey.
A Jet2 spokesperson said: "The aircraft diverted to Manchester Airport due to a customer requiring medical attention."
