Glasgow-bound flight forced to make emergency landing after take off

A Glasgow-bound flight was forced to make an emergency landing.

LoganAir's flight LM436 from Sumburgh Airport in Shetland was diverted to Aberdeen Airport shortly after 12pm on Monday, February 10, 2025.

The plane was set to head to Glasgow Airport.

It is understood the aircraft landed in Aberdeen due to a passenger taking unwell on board.

The Glasgow Times reports that the traveller was provided with medical care and the incident was later stood down.
