A busy road in the west end of the city has been closed by police due to an ongoing police incident.
The A739 Balshagray Avenue is currently closed in both directions between Crow Road and Victoria Park Gardens South.
Police said they expect the roadway to be closed for 'several hours' with disruption expected for morning traffic.

The force said at around 3.30am: "Due to an ongoing incident, A739 Balshagray Avenue, Glasgow, is currently closed in both directions between Crow Road and Victoria Park Gardens South.
"The roadway is anticipated to be closed for several hours, potentially impacting morning rush-hour traffic."
No further information on the incident has so far been released.
