Leeds United are staring down the barrel, after a 3-1 defeat at West Ham left then needing to rely on other results on the final day of the season if they are to stay in the Premier League.
Sam Allardyce's men knew that a win in east London would mean their fate would be in their own hands next weekend, but the disappointing defeat means that an Everton win at home to Bournemouth will send Leeds down, regardless of how the Whites perform against Tottenham at Elland Road.
Leeds began well at the London Stadium, with Rodrigo opening the scoring, but a Declan Rice equaliser was followed by second-half strikes from Jarrod Bowen and Manuel Lanzini. Allarduce's men had no answer and a 20th defeat of the season followed.
