Leeds United came from behind twice to claim a 2-2 draw with Brighton at Elland Road in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Goals from Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison saw Javi Gracia's side share the points with Brighton during a thrilling game in West Yorkshire. Alexis Mac Allister's goal after the half-hour mark looked set to prepare fans for what would be a miserable afternoon as he headed home completely unmarked at the far post.
Bamford's superb effort, albeit ever-so-slightly deflected, would soon claw. some momentum back for Leeds just before half-time. Despite Harrison being forced to turn the ball into his own net under pressure from Solly March, the former New York City man would have the last laugh he curled home a sumptuous effort from a Wilfried Gnonto short corner just 12 minutes from time.

Illan Meslier produced a handful of crucial saves to keep his side in the game as he found himself exposed on occasion by an uncharacteristically poor Leeds defence. Luke Ayling struggled to keep the skilful Kaoru Mitoma at bay, while Max Wober and Robin Koch showed cracks in their otherwise water-tight foundations.
Marc Roca replaced Weston McKennie in midfield alongside Tyler Adams as one of Gracia's two changes for the game, with Bamford also replacing Georginio Rutter following the defeat to Chelsea. Following his ankle injury against Accrington Stanley, fans were relieved to see Rodrigo return to action with a brief second-half cameo.
Luis Sinisterra also came on in the dying minutes and even though he did not have time to impact the game on Saturday, it was a step forward in his road to recovery.
