A FOUR-YEAR-OLD girl has been rushed to hospital after 'being hit by a car' in Glasgow.
Police say they were called to a crash involving a car and a young girl on Crow Road in the west end on Tuesday, July 30.
The force was alerted to the incident shortly after 4pm and 999 crews raced to the scene.
Following that, the girl - who was a pedestrian - was taken to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, officers say the driver of the car was issued with a fixed penalty notice.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 4.05pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, we received a report of a crash involving a car and a four-year-old female pedestrian on Crow Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the girl was taken to hospital for treatment. The driver of the car was issued with a fixed penalty notice.”
