RANGERS boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst says the club will need to wait and see with regards to the extent of Connor Goldson's injury.
The defender was forced off shortly before half-time in the Champions League encounter with Liverpool at Ibrox this evening.
When chasing back to clear the danger from a Reds counter-attack, the Englishman pulled-up after clearing the ball.
The 29-year-old could be seen holding his left thigh as the Gers physios treated him on the pitch.
After a couple of minutes they indicated to van Bronckhorst that Goldson would be unable to continue.
Now, the Dutchman has said it's too early to tell what has occurred. Ryan Jack's calf knock will also be assessed in the coming days.
Van Bronckhorst said: "Both [Goldson and Jack] aren't good - they couldn't continue.
"For Connor, he tore something in his muscle, we have to wait and see exactly what the injury is. The same for Ryan, we have to assess how long it will be."
Goldson left the stadium in crutches.
