Giorgos Giakoumakis Celtic injury boost as Ange Postecoglou addresses Josip Juranovic timescale

Celtic full-back Josip Juranovic faces several weeks on the sidelines through injury.

The 26-year-old went off with a knock during the Scottish Cup semi-final defeat by Rangers on Sunday.

Speaking ahead of Sunday's cinch Premiership encounter against Ross County, Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou said: "Josip Juranovic is the most significant one, he will miss the weekend. It's hard to say, the injury hasn't settled down yet, but it's fair to say (he will be out for) at least a couple of weeks. After that we are just going to have to see how it goes.

"The others, who went off with a combination of cramp and some knocks, all should be fine for Sunday."

Giorgos Giakoumakis will travel to Dingwall after missing the Hampden clash with a hamstring strain.

"He'll be available," Postecoglou said. "He trained early in the week and re-integrated into the squad and did the last couple of sessions fully."
