TV chef Gino D’Acampo has landed himself in hot water after making a cheeky remark towards This Morning host Holly Willoughby.
Yesterday morning D’Acampo was talking about his native Italy, using Willoughby’s body as a stand-in map.
He asked her to put her finger in his bellybutton, and said: “That is Rome”.
Co-host Phillip Schofield joked: “I’m very concerned if he’s going to talk about Sicily here."
They all began to laugh, and D’Acampo said: “No, Sicily is all the way down here. But if your bellybutton is Rome, I was born in Naples, which is on your side.
"But I went to school where Vesuvius is so it’s more inland,” he said.
Seemingly sensing what’s coming, Willoughby walks away from D’Acampo and sits with Schofield.

D’Acampo continued: “So I can technically say I spent my youth training and playing around... your vagina."
The camera cuts to Willoughby and Schofield looking shocked before they both exclaim: “Oh my God!”
Cutting back to D’Acampo, the Italian said: "There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just a word that everybody knows and that’s what I’ve been doing geographically.”
People took to Twitter to share their reaction to D’Acampo’s remarks, with one person saying he “has gone too far now” while others slammed him as “cringe”.
Journalist Emilia Bona said: “If someone said this to you in any workplace it just wouldn’t be acceptable”.

It wasn’t all bad however, with one Twitter user saying “he is who he is”.
Another user replied to a tweet calling D’Acampo a “total pig” saying: “Imagine taking offense on behalf of someone who clearly wasn’t offended.”

After the gaffe, Willoughby joked that he should step away from the geography lessons and stay on the cookery side of things, before D’Acampo interjected: “I should be a geography teacher”, as he nodded enthusiastically.
“You really, really should not,” Schofield said.
D’Acampo replied to say at least then people would remember things if he “does his geography thing”.
We’re not sure if teaching is his calling, but his remarks certainly are memorable.
