Gino D'Acampo caused confusion amongst This Morning viewers on Tuesday after he appeared on the show, despite saying an sad goodbye last week.
Walking into shot as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield hosted last Wednesday's show, Gino said: "I was just walking around because I’m a little bit sad today because I’m going to go to Italy very soon in the next couple of days This is my last This Morning."
When quizzed by Holly on how long he'd be gone for, he replied: "Probably autumn/winter. Unless you guys are going to come to the island of Sardinia, we may do something live there," Gino continued.
"Why don't you cook down the line for us from Sardinia," Holly joked, to which Gino responded: " "Maybe we can do something down the line, yes. Where is my camera, where is my audience, where are my fans?"

Many ITV viewers were gutted that Gino departed the show last week, so it came as a bit of a shock when Gino was seen on screen on Tuesday. With Phillip and Holly now on their Easter break, Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary are presenting and they handed over to Gino who was on location away from the studio to show viewers how to make the perfect margherita pizza.
The segment was called Gino's Italian Masterclass, with the famous TV chef claiming he was going to demo the 'ultimate family favourite.' As Gino began delving into the history of the famous dish, viewers started flocking to Twitter to express their surprise of him even being on the show.
One reacted: "Thought Gino had bu**ered off to Italy," with a second not being quite as kind, tweeting: "F**k off Gino!"
