Gino D’Acampo still kisses his daughter on the lips and thinks anyone who has an issue with it should "get over it and get a life".
The TV chef, 45, took to Twitter on Saturday to share a couple of sweet snaps alongside his nine-year-old daughter Mia - including one showing the This Morning star kissing his youngest on the lips.
Gino posted a stern message alongside his snaps - following in the footsteps of David Beckham, who also hits back at trolls who comment negatively regarding him kissing his daughter Harper, 10, on the lips.
Captioning the images to his 1.8million followers, dad-of-three Gino wrote: "To all the haters out there……yes I still kiss my principessa on the lips, get over it and get a life [sunglasses emoji]…..GDx"
In the images, the culinary star can be seen beaming as he shares a kiss and a joke with his daughter.
"FFS! Of course a parent can kiss their child on the lips! What is wrong with this," one fan quipped to Gino after he shared the snaps - with another adding: "Anyone who has an issue with a parent kissing their child has really major issues themselves."
A third declared: "It’s the people that have an issue with this that we need to worry about. Worlds full of absolute creeps man."
One of Gino's followers revealed how the TV chef and David Beckham's posts had
"Funny enough my husband wouldn’t kiss our two on the cheek or lips, but seeing pictures of you and beckham do it he’s thought f**k it x," the Twitter user wrote to one-time I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! winner.
Earlier this year, the former England captain, 47, brushed off criticism from some fans claiming it was 'downright wrong' for him to kiss his youngest child on the lips.
The dad-of-four took to Instagram in January to share a series of snaps of himself and Harper sharing a beautiful father-daughter moment.
The cute images saw the duo taking a walk in the park and sharing the tender moment as Harper wrapped up from the cold in an oversized jacket and a pair of fluffy ear-muffs.
Meanwhile, the football legend sported a black hoodie and a matching black sports cap.
David - who shares Harper with wife Victoria Beckham- penned: "Daddy and Princess Leia had a lovely walk this morning."
Although the comments were overwhelmingly positive, several followers once again took issue with the former Manchester United star kissing his child.
"She is a big girl now time for you to stop kissing her on the lips. Bad to kiss your daughter," one fan wrote to the star.
"Sorry, but isn't she a bit big now to be getting kissed on the lips? Feels slightly wrong," another echoed.
David seemingly remains unbothered by the small percentage of fans who disagree with his snaps.
