Giddy Kris Boyd celebrates Aaron Ramsey Rangers transfer with 'fist bump' to wind up Celtic fan Shay Given

Rangers favourite Kris Boyd couldn't resist winding up fellow pundit Shay Given after Aaron Ramsey 's Rangers move.

The Juventus playmaker has been the story of deadline day in Scotland after the Premiership champions pulled off the huge signing coup.

As the deal was announced, former Ibrox striker Boyd was on Sky Sports talking all things transfers with Celtic fan Given.

The host told the duo that Rangers had teased the deal on social media with a video and 'fist bump' emoji.

That promoted jubilant Boyd to turn to Given and offer to first bump him in celebration.

The former Newcastle stopper quickly shook his head - promoting Boyd to burst out laughing.

It wasn't the first clash of the night that the pundit had over the Ramsey transfer - having also took on Clinton Morrison after he insisted he should have move to England.

Boyd started: "It won't be easy for him. We have seen big names come up to Scotland in the past, and if you don't get caught up with it fast..."

Before Morrison cut in: "Nah, Boydy, he will score goals.

"It won't be easy, because he's not been playing, but for the life of me it's an unbelievable signing for Rangers.

"I don't understand how no Premier League club has come up and took him. Newcastle; you need a goalscoring midfielder, why have you not gone and got Ramsey? Why not get him?"

Boyd clapped back: "When Rangers are involved, that's it."
