The New York Giants have gone through a trying season on offense, especially after losing their top two quarterbacks (Daniel Jones, Tyrod Taylor) to injuries.
Their passing game initially took a major hit as they inserted undrafted rookie Tommy DeVito as their starter. But once he got his feet under him, DeVito has shown poise — and has won two straight games — in his first three starts.
DeVito has also shown some prowess as he is among the top quarterbacks in the NFL when it comes to accuracy and finding open receivers. He has thrown for more touchdowns (seven) than Jones and Taylor combined (four) this season.

The rookie seems to have gotten the message in this league that you don’t need a big arm to make big plays. That is something the Giants have to consider this offseason when they determine which direction they are going head at the quarterback position.
