The Arizona Cardinals face the New York Giants this week in their home opener. They had a few players on the first injury report of the week, but their list is small compared to the Giants’ first one of the week on Wednesday.
Two players — two starters — were out of practice Wednesday and another eight players were listed as limited.

OL Andrew Thomas (hamstring), TE Darren Waller (hamstring, rest)
Thomas got hurt in the Giants’ 40-0 loss on Sunday. It seems doubtful he will be ready to go.
Waller’s might be a normal day of rest but that he also has a hamstring issue.
