The New York Giants are reportedly set to name Kansas City Chiefs quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Mike Kafka as their new offensive coordinator.
Kafka beat out impressive candidates such as Houston Texans quarterbacks coach Pep Hamilton and Cleveland Browns wide receivers coach Chad O’Shea, both of whom were considered finalists for the job.
The 34-year-old coach will now join the coaching staff of new Giants head coach, Brian Daboll, who is still in the process of filling out his coaching staff ahead of his first season.
