Even though the game is being played at MetLife Stadium, one New York Giants defender was clearly feeling in the spirit of the City of Brotherly Love during his team's Week 18 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
After a drive stalled out in what amounted to a frustrating first half for the Eagles, punter Braden Mann trotted out for Philadelphia and booted a kick, just as New York linebacker Cam Brown came hurtling towards him.
Brown's momentum carried him into Mann, which would undoubtedly have been a penalty for running into the kicker. However, Brown made an, er, adjustment, seemingly hugging Mann in a strange embrace that took the two players several yards backwards.
The NFL shared video of the play onto their account on X, formerly Twitter.

The embrace-turned-dance happened right in front of an official, who seemed to not know what to do after what he had seen. A flag was not thrown.
Kudos to the Giants defender for his creative solution to the running into the kicker penalty.
